Ms. Shashi Bala, Promoter and Director of the Company, is an Advocate practicing in Delhi. She is having over 7 years of experience in the field of Corporate Litigation, National and International Agreement/Contract Drafting, Corporate Laws Advisory and Compliance Management. She is a Law Graduate (LL.B) from Delhi University and Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

She has independently handled entire Corporate and Labour Laws compliances and legal affairs of various industry such as NBFC-SI-ND, perfume manufacturing industry, retail industry, BPO and other selling and marketing industry.

She is having expert knowledge and rich experience in negotiation, drafting and vetting of various national and international contracts and agreements such as Commercial Service Contracts, Master Services agreement and statements of work, consulting and independent contractor agreements; employment agreements; software license agreements.
