Mr. Deepak K Jha, Director of the Company, having more than 6 years of experience in Corporate Laws, Labour Laws, Secretarial Compliances, Litigation, Contract drafting/ Agreements, Mediation, Arbitration, IPR Matters, Project Report, Liasoning with Government Departments etc. He is a Commerce Graduate, Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate.

Previously he was associated with Metro Group of Hospitals as Group Head- Legal & Secretarial where he has handled Corporate matters, Legal matters, IPR matters, finalized several Project Reports, dealing with SEPC etc.

Further, He has given legal opinion on various corporate law matters, civil cases and also for drafting various Petitions, Application, Written Statement, Reply, Rejoinder, Legal Notices, Recovery Suit, Complaint, etc.He has also handled IPO, FPO, BSE SME Listing and Listing compliance thereto during his association with previous Corporate firms.
