Mr. Ranjeet Kumar, Promoter and Director of the Company, is a Practicing Company Secretary, having more than 16 years of Industrial Experience & expert knowledge of Corporate Laws, Tax Laws, Labour Laws and Secretarial Practices. He is Commerce Graduate, Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, MBA Finance and hold Diploma in Handloom Technology.

He has handled frequent assignments under Corporate Laws including several cases of Merger and Acquisition, Compounding, Condonation, Appeal, Oppressions and Mismanagement, Winding up, striking off name of Company, Restoration of Name of Company, Incorporation of Company under Section 8, Nidhi Company and other Private and Public Companies, Sifting of Registered Office, Private Placement.

He is actively Liasoning with and Representing before different Authorities, Departments and Tribunals for getting approvals, registration, obtaining license and resolving various issues pertaining to Companies Act, Tax Laws, IPR, Labour Laws.

He has effectively handled legal, secretarial and labour laws compliance of various group companies encompassing listed and unlisted Public and Private Companies.

He has also successfully handled matters relating to Intellectual Property rights i.e. Filing & Registration of Trademark, Copyrights and Industrial Designs.

He has undertaken legal research for giving legal opinion on various corporate law matters, and also for drafting various Petition, Application, Written Statement, Reply, Rejoinder, Legal Notice, Recovery Suit, Complaint, etc.
